Here are five reasons the Buccaneers will win the Super Bowl in 2020.

The NFL’s most intriguing team this season is certainly the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The addition of Tom Brady has boosted Tampa Bay’s odds of snapping the league’s second-longest playoff drought.

Playing football in January would be nice, but the Buccaneers certainly have their sights set higher than that. A Super Bowl title is certainly in play for Tampa and here are five good reasons why Brady could hoist his seventh Lombardi Trophy.

5. The NFL’s expanded playoffs benefit the Buccaneers

The first step to winning the Super Bowl is getting to the playoffs, which Tampa Bay hasn’t done since 2007. The new CBA has made the possibility far easier for the Buccaneers with an expanded postseason field.

With seven teams set to get to the playoffs beginning this season, it makes it much more likely for Tampa Bay to snap their playoff drought. Getting into the postseason is the first step for the Buccaneers, who now have the best playoff quarterback ever on their side.

The lack of postseason experience for the majority of Tampa’s roster is a concern, but having Brady will offset some of that. An easier shot at reaching the postseason is certainly a help for the Buccaneers’ Super Bowl hopes.
